LOCAL
- Assistance with negotiating favorable purchase or lease rates and terms on buildings and land
- Creative financing terms, including possible contract purchases
- Property tax refund/abatement options
COMMUNITY COLLEGE
- Iowa Industrial New Jobs Training (260E) -- Available through Indian Hills Community College, this program reimburses companies for job training expenses
STATE
- Community Economic Betterment Account (CEBA) funding -- Financial assistance for companies creating jobs in Iowa.
- High Quality Job Creation Program -- Property tax exemptions, refunds of state sales taxes and investment tax credits for companies creating new non-retail jobs
FEDERAL
- USDA Rural Development -- Provides guaranteed loans for businesses locating in communities of less than 50,000 population.
